  • 1/2 can tuna
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup rice cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce, salt reduced
  • 3 mushrooms, small, sliced
  • 1/8 cup peas
  • 1/8 cup red capsicum, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cloves garlic, crushed

  1. Heat a non-stick fry pan with olive oil. Add onion and garlic and cook then add capsicum and keep stirring until softened. Add mushrooms and keep stirring for a couple of minutes.
  2. Now add cooked rice and soy sauce, Add tuna, peas and stir, You can add a couple of tbsp. of water if ingredients are sticking to pan. Season with cracked pepper.
  3. Enjoy!
