Shish Kebabs Recipe Pakistani Food

Shish kebabs for Eid Ul Azha!

This traditional Shish kebabs recipe uses meats like chicken or beef. I first saw this fun recipe in Saveur magazine. I was pretty impressed, this recipe was mind-blowing and could be a perfect meal to serve on special occasions. Today we are going to make Shish Kebabs which is one of the best Pakistani recipes. This recipe is the best and loved by many people because the healthy vegetables and chicken we are going to use has many health benefits.

So, the chicken has many health benefits and risks. Make sure you do not eat it on a regular basis. Eating chicken on special occasions is way better than eating it regularly.

We are going to prepare this recipe with healthy peppers, yellow squash and mushrooms. As you know bell peppers have the greatest taste and mushrooms are packed with nutritional value. They’re low in calories and are great sources of fiber and protein (good for plant-based diets). They also provide many important nutrients, including B vitamins, selenium, potassium, copper, and (particularly when exposed to the sun) vitamin D.

Yellow squash is a vegetable. Yellow squash is high in vitamin A, B6, and C, folate, magnesium, fiber, riboflavin, phosphorus, and potassium. That’s a serious nutritional power-packed veggie. Yellow squash is also rich in manganese. This mineral helps to boost bone strength and helps the body’s ability to process fats and carbohydrates.

Shish kebabs can be made with chicken and beef whatever you prefer but we’re going to add chicken, not beef. Make sure you complete the ingredients. We hope you like the recipe and try it.
