  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted, unsalted
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract/essence

  1. In a bowl sift together all the dry ingredients (1 cup flour, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp baking powder, and 1/2 Tsp salt).
  2. Mix this and set this aside.
  3. In another bowl combine all the wet ingredients (1 cup warm milk, 1 egg, 2 tbsp butter, melted, unsalted, and 1/2 Tsp vanilla extract/essence). Mix until smooth.
  4. Add half of the flour mixture and mix gently. Add the remaining mixture and mix until smooth. Let it rest for 1 minute.
  5. WITH OIL:
  6. Heat pan on medium high heat and lightly grease it with oil. Pour the batter using 1/4 cup for each pancake.
  7. When you see the bubbles, flip this aside.
  8. Remove when light brown on both sides.
  10. Pour 1/4 cup of batter. When you see the bubbles, flip this aside. Remove when light brown on both sides.
