Mutton Gushtaba Eid Ul Azha Special

Ingredients

  • 800 gm mutton mince
  • Salt (as needed)
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp garlic paste
  • ½ tsp ginger paste
  • 1 & ½ tsp ground red chili
  • 1 & ½ tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp aniseeds powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp kasoori methi
  • 5 gm mint
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • 5 gm garam masala powder
  • 500 gm yogurt

  1. First of all, take a bowl. Add mutton mince, salt, ginger paste, black pepper powder, garlic powder and mix these all.
  2. Now make round Kofta’s from this mixture
  3. After this, add 4 cup water in a pan. Let it warm, then add kofta’s in this water and boil them for 30 minutes.
  4. Next, add yogurt in a bowl, also add salt, ground red chili, ginger powder, cardamom powder, aniseed powder, coriander powder & mix these all ingredients.
  5. Then add this mixed yogurt in a pan & cook it at the low flame for 5 minutes.
  6. Now add garam masala, boiled Kofta’s and cook them for 5 Minutes.
  7. In the last, add mint as a garnishing.
  8. Your tasty chicken gushtaba is ready to serve.
