How To Make Mini Pizza (Chicken Tikka flavor)

Ingredients

  • Prepare Pizza Dough:
  • Instant yeast 1 & ½ tsp
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Water warm 1 Cup
  • All-purpose flour 3 Cups
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil 2 tbs
  • Water warm ¼ Cup or as required
  • Prepare Chicken:
  • Chicken boneless cubes 1 & ½ Cups
  • Yogurt whisked 2-3 tbs
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbs
  • Red chili powder ½ tsp or to taste
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder ¼ tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp or to taste
  • Oil 2 tbs
  • Assembling:
  • Pizza sauce
  • Cooked chicken
  • Onion slices
  • Cheddar cheese grated
  • Capsicum slices
  • Mozzarella cheese gated
  • Black olives
  • Dried oregano

  1. Prepare Dough:
  2. In small jug,add instant yeast,sugar,warm water and mix well,cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  3. In all-purpose flour,add salt,oil and mix well.
  4. Now add yeast mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add warm water and knead until dough is formed,cover and let it rest for 2-3 hours.
  6. Grease your hands with oil and knead dough again until smooth.Dough is ready.
  7. Prepare Chicken:
  8. In chicken boneless cubes,add yogurt,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,red chili powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,turmeric powder,black pepper powder and salt,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
  9. In frying pan,add oil and marinated chicken and mix well.
  10. Cover and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes then cook on high flame until its dry.
  11. You can use leftover chicken or chicken chunks.
  12. Take a small dough and make a ball,on pizza tray,spinkle flour and press to make a flat dough and prick with fork.
  13. Spread pizza sauce,add cooked chicken,onion,cheddar cheese,capsicum,mozzarella cheese,black olives and dried oregano.
  14. Cover and can be freeze for up to 1 week then thaw before baking (makes 6-7 mini pizzas).
  15. Option no.1: Without Oven:
  16. In pot,add 1 pack of salt and preheat it for 10 minutes.
  17. Place pizza,cover and let it cook on medium low flame for 15-20 minutes or until cheese melts.
  18. Option no.2: Baking in Oven:
  19. Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 20-25 minutes.
Notes

It can be freeze for up to 1 week then thaw before baking (makes 6-7 mini pizzas).
