  • Half cup Cooking Oil
  • 3 Onion
  • 4 Cardamom
  • 700g Mutton (lamb)
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • As per taste Salt
  • 1-1/2 tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tbsp Whole Garam Masala
  • 1 cup Yogurt

  1. In a pan, add cooking oil, onion and cook until light brown.
  2. Grind yogurt and cardamom.
  3. In another pan, add mutton, ground paste and mix it, then keep in the refrigerator for an hour.
  4. In a pan, add cooking oil, ginger garlic paste and cook until light brown.
  5. Now, add mutton and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Now, add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, whole garam masala and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Now, grind fried onion, yogurt and add to it, then simmer for 30-35 minutes.
  8. Your tasty Mutton Korma now ready to serve.
