Ingredients

  • 800 gm Mutton Mince
  • Salt (As Needed)
  • ½ TSP Black Pepper Powder
  • ½ TSP Garlic Paste
  • ½ TSP Ginger Paste
  • 1 & ½ TSP Ground Red Chili
  • 1 & ½ TSP Coriander Powder
  • ½ TSP Aniseeds Powder
  • 1 TSP Ginger Powder
  • ½ TSP Turmeric Powder
  • 1 TSP Kasoori Methi
  • 5 gm Mint
  • ½ TSP Cardamom Powder
  • 5 gm Garam Masala Powder
  • 500 gm Yogurt

  1. First of all, take a bowl. Add mutton mince, salt, ginger paste, Black pepper powder, garlic powder and mix these all.
  2. Now make round Kofta’s from this mixture
  3. After this, add 4 cup water in a pan. Let it warm, then add kofta’s in this water and boil them for 30 Minutes
  4. Next, add yogurt in a bowl, also add salt, ground red chili, ginger powder, cardamom powder, aniseed powder, coriander powder & mix these all ingredients.
  5. Then add this mixed yogurt in a pan & cook it at the low flame for 5 minutes.
  6. Now add Garam Masala, boiled Kofta’s and cook them for 5 Minutes.
  7. In the last, add mint as a Garnishing.
  8. Your tasty Chicken Gushtaba is ready to serve.
