How To Make Chapli Kabab Recipe | Eid Ul Azha Special | Pakistani Food

Ingredients
  • 5 lbs chicken thigh meat, chopped
  • 2 med onions, chopped
  • 3 plum tomato, chopped
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 2 green chili, chopped
  • 1/2 cup gram flour
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp red chili
  • 2 tbsp ground coriander
  • 2 tbsp ground cumin 
  • 1 tsp ajwan 
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 egg
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, add chicken meat (chopped), cilantro, tomatoes, onions, salt, red chili flakes, green chilies (chopped), gram flour, red chili, ground coriander, ground cumin, ajwan. and egg. Mix it well using hands.  
  2. In a pan add 3 tbsp oil. Let it heat. Use some water on your hand palm, if you want to use a scoop make a ball and press it. After pressing the chapli kabab put it in the pan and let it cook.
  3. After 5 minutes take them off and serve with rice and naan. Enjoy the colorful and delicious chapli kababs.
Notes

If you want to increase the quantity of the meat make sure you increase the number of spices either.
