Ingredients

  • Ingredients for onion Paste:
  • 1 & ½ cup Fried onion
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • 3 Green cardamom
  • ½ cup water
  • Ingredients:
  • 1kg Beef
  • ¾ cup Oil
  • 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Whole spice
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • Water as required
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp Ginger to garnish
  • 1 tbsp Coriander to garnish

  1. In a blender add yogurt, green cardamom, fried onion and water. Mix it well.
  2. Now heat the oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, sauté it, add whole spice & beef, mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes, add water, cover it with lid and let it
  3. cook until beef tenders 90%. (Add water if required).
  4. Add yogurt, salt, red chili powder & coriander powder, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add onion paste mix it well, cook for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Cover the lid with & cook for 5 minutes on medium-low flame.
  7. Sprinkle ginger and coriander and serve with Naan.
