  • 1 lb Chicken Breast
  • 1 Tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Corn starch
  • 1-2 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 2 Tsp Chili sauce
  • 1/4 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tsp minced Garlic
  • 1 Tsp minced Ginger
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • Dry red chilies
  • 1/4 Cup Peanuts

  1. In a bowl, add chicken and 1 tsp soy sauce. Mix it. After mixing add 1 Tbsp corn starch. Mix it well.
  2. In a separate bowl add 1.5 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp hoisin sauce, 2 tsp chili sauce, and 1/4 tsp sugar. Mix it well.
  3. In a pan heat 1 Tbsp oil add peanuts roast till golden brown. Remove and set this aside.
  4. Again add 1 Tbsp oil in the pan and heat on medium high.
  5. Add chicken and cook it for 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove and set this aside.
  6. In the pan add 1 tsp minced garlic and 1 tsp minced ginger. Stir and fry for one minute.
  7. Now add dry red chilies stir fry for one minute. Add bell pepper, chicken and the sauce mixture. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Remove and serve. Enjoy the spicy and sweet Kung Pao chicken with your loved ones!
