  2.  چاول آدھ سیر
  3.  گھی ایک پاؤ
  4.  پیاز آدھ پاؤ
  5.  دہی آدھ پاؤ
  6.  لہسن ایک گٹھی
  7. بھنے چنے ایک چمچہ
  8.  پسا ہوا گرم مصالحہ تولہ بھر

تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

  1. قیمہ پیس لیں اور لہسن بھی پیس لیں
  2. آدھی پیاز اور آدھی ادرک پیس لیں باقی آدھی باریک کاٹ لیں
  3. چاول صاف کر کے بھگو دیں
  4. قیمے میں پسا ہوا پیاز، ادرک، گرم مصالحہ، نمک مرچ اور چنے ملا کر باریک پیس لیں اور گولیاں بنا کر تل لیں
  5. باقی گھی میں پیاز سرخ کریں
  6. تلے ہوئے کو فتے، پسا ہوا لہسن، ادرک، دہی اور نمک ڈال کر اتنا بھونیں کہ دہی کا پانی خشک ہو جائے
  7. اس میں چاولوں سے دُگنا پانی ڈال دیں
  8. جب پانی اُبلنے لگے تو چاول نچوڑ کر ڈال دیں
  9. ایک کنی رہ جائے تو دم دے دیں

Kofta Pulao Recipe Pakistani Food

  • 400g K&N’s Kofta
  • 2 cup Rice
  • 1 tsp Whole spices (1 Bay Leaf, 4 Cloves, 6-8 Black Pepper, 2 Cinnamon Stick small )
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • ½ cup fried Onion
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • 2 cubes K&N’s Stok
  • 2-3 green chili
  • ½ tsp garam masala powder
  • ½ tsp fennel seeds
  • 2-3 tbsp cooking oil

  1. Take a cooking pot, heat the oil and add whole spices, ginger garlic paste, fried onion, salt , red chili powder and saute for 2-3 minutes. Now put the yogurt and mix well. Let the
  2. masala cook for 4-5 minutes on medium low flame.
  3. Add 3 cups water, K&N’s Stok and stir to mix properly.
  4. Now add soaked rice, stir gently to mix well and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Prepare the K&N’s Kofta as per the instruction on the pack.
  6. Add prepared K&N’s Kofta and and let it cook for 15 minutes on fairly low flame.
  7. Scrumptious Kofta pulao is ready to eat . Serve hot with raita and salad.
