Ingredients

  • Mutton Mince 500g
  • Salt as per taste
  • Garam Masala Powder 1 Tsp
  • Mehran Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
  • Mehran Turmeric Powder 1 Tsp
  • Mehran Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
  • Mehran Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
  • Red Chilli Crushed 1 Tsp
  • Gram Flour 5 tbsp
  • Coriander Chopped 5g
  • Mint Chopped 5g
  • Ginger Chopped 1 tbsp
  • Onion Chopped 20g
  • Cooking Oil 1/2 cup
  • Mehran Garlic Paste 1 Tsp
  • Mehran Ginger Paste 1 Tsp
  • Tomato (slice cutting) 6
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Ginger and green coriander for garnishing

  1. In a bowl, add mutton mince, Mehran Salt, garam masala powder, Mehran Chilli Powder (1/2 tbsp), Mehran, turmeric Powder (1/2 tsp), Mehran Cumin Powder (1/2 tbsp), Mehran Coriander Powder (1/2 tbsp), red chili crushed, gram flour, coriander, mint, green chili, ginger, onion (10g) and mix it well.
  2. Now, keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and then make kababs.
  3. Now, shallow fry in the cooking oil.
  4. In another cooking pan, add cooking oil (3tbsp), onion (10g) and cook until light brown.
  5. Now, add Mehran Garlic Paste, Mehran Ginger Paste and cook for a while.
  6. Now, add tomato, yogurt, water, Mehran Salt, Mehran Chilli Powder (1/2 tbsp), Mehran turmeric powder (1/2 tsp), Mehran Coriander Powder (1/2 tbsp), Mehran Cumin Powder (1/2 tbsp), Mehran black pepper powder and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  7. After that add fried kababs, garnish and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Your tasty Kabab Masala now ready to serve.
