  • Ingredients we need for soup:
  • Chicken stock
  • Water
  • Some slices of ginger
  • Some garlic (smashed)
  • Some green onions, unchopped
  • Half tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • Ingredients for Chicken
  • Ground Pork
  • Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp Corn Starch
  • Sugar
  • Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Chinese cooking rice wine, or any rice wine (if you don't have it just add water)
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • Half tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Wonton wrapper (square shaped)
  • Water
Instructions
  1. In a pot add all the ingredients (chicken stock, water, some slices of ginger, smashed garlic, some green onions, unchopped, half tsp black pepper, salt to taste, 1 tsp soy sauce) Mix it well and let it boil for 15 minutes.
  2. In a bowl add ground pork, green onions, chopped, 1 tsp cornstarch, sugar, sesame oil, 2 tbsp Chinese rice wine (if you don't have it just add water), 1 tsp soy sauce, half tsp ginger garlic paste, and 1 tsp black pepper. Mix it well.
  3. Grab a wonton wrapper, it will be very hard to seal it put little water around the edges and the filling (ground pork), and fold it the triangle shape and hold the right and left side of wonton and stick them together like a rose.
  4. After 15 minutes of boiling take all the vegetables out. Bring the brought back to boil and add the wontons. Cover it with a lid and let it boil for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, put some green onions on top and serve.
