Chicken Hakka Noodles (an instant recipe)

We have used regular spaghetti in this recipe but you can the instant noodles such as Maggi. It would be a great option too!

It is a quick recipe for college students and also for those who are always busy. These noodles are hygienic and healthy because these Hakka noodles are made with Chicken and veggies.

How To Make Chicken Hakka Noodles

Start by boiling the noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and toss with 1-2 tablespoons of oil, and set aside while you prep everything else.

In a wok, add the garlic and ginger paste in oil, and cook for 10-15 seconds while stirring. Add the chicken and cook on high heat until the chicken changes color and is cooked through. This will take about 5-7 minutes.

Add the sliced onion and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Don’t let the onion brown.

Then add the other vegetables (I used cabbage, carrot, and green bell pepper) and stir fry on high heat for a few more minutes until the vegetables are just softened enough.

Add the noodles, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce and toss until everything is completely coated with the sauce.

Top with sliced green onion, and serve immediately.
